These terms govern your use of GuestSpot. This is a starting template — review it with legal counsel before launch.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use GuestSpot. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

Community conduct

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, fake profiles, and no-shows may result in suspension. Meeting strangers carries inherent risk — meet in public gym settings and use good judgment.

Guest passes

Guest passes are offered at the discretion of members and partner gyms and are subject to each gym's policies.

Liability

GuestSpot is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the conduct of members or for injuries that occur during workouts.
